| 1997- | Believing in the integration of its different roles, Hudson merged its activities of Investment Banking and Capital Markets under the same entity. SGI Hudson & Cie absorbed Hudson finance. This merger created synergies for Hudson & Cie bringing us closer to our main objective: become an integrated securities firm to better serve our clients and assist them throughout the different steps of their development. |
